By submitting your device for repair, you give us permission to inspect, repair, and test your mobile device.

Repair Time

Repair time may vary depending on the issue and availability of parts. We always try to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

Pricing

Repair prices are shared before starting the work. Prices may change if additional issues are found, but we will inform you first.

Data Responsibility

Customers are advised to back up their data before repair. Mobile Clinic is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

Warranty

Warranty is provided only on selected repairs and parts. Physical damage, water damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

Payments

Full payment must be made after repair completion. Devices may not be returned until payment is cleared.

Unrepairable Devices

If a device cannot be repaired, we will inform the customer. No charges will be applied unless agreed in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Mobile Clinic is not responsible for existing damage or issues not related to the repair service provided.
